General Manager
Having accumulated more than 16 years in the Mechanical sector, Jeff has acquired profound knowledge and expertise encompassing process controls, equipment maintenance and operation, instrument calibration, sanitary practices, preventative maintenance, quality control, and production efficiency. Initially employed as an apprentice, Jeff demonstrated remarkable dedication and skill, progressing from a technician role to a foreman within five years. Throughout his career, he has adeptly managed projects of varying scales, seamlessly collaborating with clients to ensure successful outcomes.
Mike Basile
Sheet Metal Worker
Mike boasts a remarkable career spanning over three decades as a sheet metal worker, showcasing expertise in his craft. He achieved the milestone of receiving his Red Seal certification in 2003, marking his official recognition as a journeyman in the field. Throughout his extensive tenure, Mike has not only honed his skills but also dedicated himself to nurturing the next generation of talent. His commitment to training is exemplary, evidenced by his involvement in mentoring at-risk youth, imparting not only technical knowledge but also instilling values of dedication, perseverance, and craftsmanship.
